With the new tenant manuals for A4 Business Park buildings, we are launching the program of improving the tenants’ experience across our portfolio. We are dedicating those new tools not only to office managers but to all our community members. This is an important step to grant our tenants the possibility of using the full potential of our buildings and make their everyday life easier.
Place to grow
A4 Business Park consists of three buildings – Office I, II and III – with a classic and modest design that made the complex a fixture in Katowice’s landscape and one of the city’s landmarks. The stone façade and carefully finished details gave the buildings an elegant, timeless character. The two 10-story buildings and one 7-story construction of 32.5k sqm not only allow easy communication inside the Park but are also a great place to relax. Carefully arranged roads are also part of the development, while a free-standing parking lot adds to the convenience. The complex offers Class “A” office space and has a BREEAM Interim certificate at the Very Good level.
